Cortana say name when a call comes in

For the life of me I cant figure out how Cortana says who is calling when someone calls. I added the name in "nicknames" in the Cortana settings. I been to the ease of access settings but narrator will be turned on for everything I select and don't want that to happen. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advanced guys

Goto Settings, Ease of access, Speech accessibly button to turn on or off this controls the caller id feature.

When we recieve a call. Cortana reads the name aloud. But its like she keeps on repeating the name again and again rather than saying it once or twice.
