Cortana update today?

Normally it/she says "replay, call back or i'm done" after reading a text. Tonight she started simply asking "reply to this?" And the whole thing including the text sounded more human than robotic.

I wonder what else has changed.

Microsoft is constantly making changes to cortana in backend. So it won't be a surprise if other things changed too. This is good. They are trying to make it more human like.
