What a great thread. I didn't see either of these here. But my apologies if they have already been suggested.

The two I found were.

"What is the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow?" quote from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Cortana responds with, "What do you mean? An African or a European swallow?"

And "Rock, Paper, Scissors." which Cortana will randomly respond with one of the three.

Old news, but I haven't seen it posted here. Cortana can roll dice and flip a coin. Actually comes in handy more often than you'd think.
