Couple of issues with my 950

Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone can help me with a couple of issues I am having with my new Lumia 950.

First:
When I connect to my work PC (Windows 7), I keep getting device not recognized. It will not charge the phone with this warning. How do I fix this?

Second:
I keep accidentally turning on my camera with the camera button. Is there a way to set the button for press and hold to turn on?
