Critical Memory Shortage

The following message is being displayed on the Samsung Omnia:

Storage memory is ctritically low. If the storage memory is not increased, other programs may not be able to start. Use File Explorer to delete the files that are no longer needed or move some files to a storage card.

I realize what it is trying to say. The issue is I barely have any applications. So far I only have Qik and Tiny Twitter that are add ons. And one day this message keeps showing up. I can't seem to find what it is.
