This app I made is for all of you who prefer accent colors instead of start screen background.
With Custom Accents you can choose a personalized accent color for your Windows Phone.Select the color you like for your brand new Accent Color and then hit the save button on the application bar. You will find the picture just created in your Saved Pictures folder. Then you can change your start screen theme in your phone settings and choose your favorite Accent Color picture.
