Dark Knight Rises Xpress-On Cover

So, I've already submitted a request for a cover and received it with them a month ago, but when I try to apply for the Dark Knight Rises cover it says my IMEI has already been submitted and won't allow me to progress through this step-by-step process. Any suggestions?

I think you can just go to any T-Mo store and get one. Bring your Lumia 710, of course.

It looks like it's strictly online for existing users, but they're fixing the site so that one who has already received a cover from a previous promotion will be able to participate.
