Diagnosis Menu Codes

After I pulled up the Diag Menu for the tethering, I noticed that the Daig Menu is now on my apps list.
Is this the case for everyone else?
And has anyone run across or tried any other diag codes in the menu?

Here is the info to enter Diag and launch the tethering:
To Enter Diag: ##634#
Tethering: *#7284#

(I am sure that info is widely available, but I thought I'd include it with this thread title in case we get a list going)

To get the mac addres and other phone info:

Step#1...Dial ##364# a grey screen will appear with a number pad
Step#2...Dial *#1234#

or

in step#2 use this code:
Step#2...dial *#0*# to get to the LCD test screen (with many tests)

surely enabling tethering will not disallow the OS updates? i'm sure it COULD void the warranty, but then there is always the option of reseting the phone, right? i mean i jailbroke my iphone, then unjailbroke it later...don't see why you couldn't do that. though i would like to know if tethering causes OS download problems.

the only thing about the tether is that you are changing what the USB port is used for, so if you have tether enabled, zune won't recognize your phone. a lot of people just sync wirelessly if this is the case and use their zune directly for tethering.

to answer the OP's question--yes, my diagnosis tab shows up also.

If you don't want the diagnosis icon you can uninstall it from the list of programs.

True, but leaving it makes switching your USB connection handy.

Focus Speaker Volume Edit

This is the info for increasing the speaker volume on the Focus.
I found it on the main site here and gave it a try. I didnt really feel it was to quite begin with so I put it back to the original settings.
But I thought I'd keep adding to this list so that these edits could all be in one place.

This will bring up the Diag Menu (if you have already enables this skip to next)

Enter the following into the Diag Menu-
*#0002*28346#

Now you'll have three fields which you want to change:
Click "Read"
System Gain: 7 change to 10
Class Gain: 7 change to 10
Device Gain: 7 change to 10
Press Start

Yes it does work, but it doesnt save the setting even after i click start.
