Hey Guy's, this one is driving me a bit crazy - is there any way I can delete Digital Certificates? They made a change to the cert's at work and now I cant hook up to Exchange till I get rid of the old one then load up the new one. I have a copy of the certificate on my personal email and it says it has installed, but it seems to be still pointing at the old one...

Thanks in advance

I have tried the whole reboot and recreate the Exchange account thing, and looked through every setting I can find, but still stuck - I have even now totally lost Outlook! It's driving me mad, any assistance would be greatly appreciated :excl:

have you tried MS's support? other than that the only thing i can think of is a factory reset, but i've never tried fiddling with certificates so... hopefully someone else would have a better solution

Tried MS support about an hour ago, they were spectacularly unhelpful.

You are now chatting with 'Elka'.

Elka: Welcome to Microsoft Customer Service Chat, Dave.

Elka: Please give me a moment while I review your question. Would that be alright?

Dave Brotheridge: sure, thanks :)

Elka: Thank you.

Elka: For assistance on this though, I recommend using this link below:

Elka: click here for Windows phone support

Elka: That's where you can find support information for Windows phone issues.

Dave Brotheridge: looked through this, and have tried the options in there

Dave Brotheridge: I just need to know where I can manage digital certificates on the phone

Elka: If that site does not work, please contact your phone manufacturer then. Being the primary support for your phone, they are the ones that can best help you and advise you.

Dave Brotheridge: it's a software issue tho

Dave Brotheridge: your software

Elka: Dave, that is the agreement between Microsoft and phone manufacturers.

Elka: Same with computers, if Windows came pre installed, primary support is the computer manufacturer.

Elka: I do hope this would be resolved soon for you.

Elka: Please, should you have additional questions or inquiries, feel free to come back again.

Elka: We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Elka: Thank you for contacting Microsoft Customer Service Chat.

Elka: Hope you have a good one.

Chat session has been terminated by the agent."

I dunno, but is it ok for me to be a bit annoyed with that? I didnt even get a chance to respond after my last comment, I think it was a copy/paste terminate job from Elka...

I will call HTC and see if they can help

the f... i recommand you tweeting that to one of the big guys (may be ben rudolf?) honestly though im not sure what their policy is, but i do know lv1 support tend to be pretty dumb (the ones in our company are the same =..= im lv2 btw) i'll go crawl around and see if i can find something too
