Display Song Titles in Glance or Lock Screen

Title says it all. Is there a way or an app? Tried Xbox Music.

Currently it's not possible to display song titles on Glance Screen. Denim update will allow to display the weather and some other stuff, but not songs.

Maybe Cortana will be able to tell me what the name of the song is in Denim. Here's hoping.
