DNG raw capture option not available

Hi updated to 8.1 developer preview but I want black update to capture DNG raw images seems this option is not available for mine what can i do now any solution?
My WP details:
OS version : 8.10.12359.845
Firmware revision number : 3050.0000.1338.1001
Hardware revision number : 1.0.0.0
Radio software version : 3.2.04034.1

Are you using the Nokia Camera app? RAW isn't supported by the default WP camera app. Black is the firmware provided by Nokia. It has nothing to do with the OS you installed. No matter if it's 8.0 or 8.1.

Hi mate , yes for sure i use it but this option is not available for me in settings i have amber firmware .in phone update section i didnt see any update available for my WP any issue or something that i cant update to black firmware?

Yeah you can't do anything until you get the Nokia Black firmware what carrier and phone do you have?

Ah, you're on Amber. No idea why Black isn't available for you. You should have gotten it done time ago already. At least before installing 8.1. Has your carrier probably held it back?

I live in iran my carrier is not something that you may know then you think its my carrier issue ya?if my carrier is the problem, is there anything that i can do?

As far as I'm aware there's no way to force any update on your phone. You could call your carrier's support hotline though and ask if they know anything about the update.

wich one is the rm of your Phone? You could flash it with Nokia software updater for retail with other country or global rom to get the black update.

You could try flashing it yourself, but I would just call Nokia Tech support and see what they say
