Do I switch from Lumia 620 to 630?

Yea its nice but you will have to sacrifice flash light, there is no dedicated camera button and even no front camera. But you get better processor with 4.5 inch screen and mainly much better battery than 620

the cpus perform equally i most cases though the 620 is a bit better in everything except rendering web pages
op is better off sticking to 620 or waiting for 730

I wouldnt update if I were you. I have 620 and Im holding out for an updated 720(730).. My biggest gripe with 630 is the loss of rear flash. Otherwise it's a modest update.

nope, 512MB isnt a problem when youre on 8.1, you have the ability to store apps on your memory card
