What are the world's friendliest/unfriendliest cities? - CNN.com
What's suspicious is that in the friendliest cities list, only Budapest, Seville, and Siem Reap (my hometown!) are not from English speaking countries.

The US one is just as bad. Newark NJ, isn't that unfriendly. I can never take lists like these seriously because there is so much subjectivity that goes into it.

Joking of course it's one of my favorite places to go...unless driving a car lol...

Always thought Seattle WA was a little cool toward non-residents...worked up there quite a bit.
Can be kind of a grumpy place as far as my experience still well worth a visit IMO.
