Do you ever see windows laptops in the wild?

Macbooks stand out because of the giant logos on them, so they may register more in your mind more than a dozen black Windows laptops you also saw. On a recent flight I got up to stretch my legs and noticed several MacBooks in use as I walked down the aisle towards the back of the plane. Walking back up the aisle I noticed that many of those Macs were running Windows programs (Office).

It's very interesting that the Win8/Metro disaster and the huge popularity of iPhones and iPads hasn't resulted in a boost for OSX. That seems like a natural upward evolution of their mobile userbase (iPhone leads to iPads then to MacBooks). Yet the OSX marketshare remains in the single digits.

During my college days in Quebec City, there was a mixed of Windows and Macbooks, however I'd say 25% were Macbooks and the rest was Windows. This was when the Chromebooks just came out as well, I imagine it's still the same anyway.
