Does anyone know how to change the email address my Windows 8 PC account is linked to?

I migrated my xbox live gold account and reset my windows phone to the new email address but can't figure out how to do the same on my Windows 8 PC. Can anyone help me out with this?

It is a new @outlook.com account so I'm not using an alias.

I am coming from an @cox.net account. Decided it was about time to stop using an ISP's email account when I got my Lumia 1020.
