Does Cortana currently track packages?

This USED TO work fine for me, but doesn't any more. I have a UPS tracking number and UPS will show its status, but Cortana doesn't display a card for it despite the fact that I added it to the notebook. Doesn't work on Windows 10 Desktop or 950xl. And it used to. :-(

Works for me, as recently as today. I have 2 packages coming and 2 cards in Cortana.
