Does Showing the Color Black on L950 Screen Use Power?

I know different phone models use different screen technologies. Some use up battery to show the color black on screen and some don't. Please inform as to which the Lumia 950 uses. (I'll set my Glance screen to turn off quicker and not set as many apps to the dark theme if the L950's screen uses juice to exhibit black.)

It does not...

LCD needs power to "light pixels" as black and AMOLED simply leaves those pixels unlit. Lumia 950 uses AMOLED for the screen.

It may use a tiny bit, but you can probably call it a negligible amount.
