Does Surface Laptop 3 support Fan speed monitoring

I have just bought a used SL3 and surprised that I can't find any app that reports fan speed. I have tried:

1. "Fan Speed Setting" from the Microsoft Store, for Microsoft Notebook products, System Requirements says "This product should work on this device". But when launched I get a message that it is not supported.

2. SpeedFan

3. Open Hardware Monitor

4. Argus Monitor

Googling does not find anything about Fan speed reporting being impossible on SL3.
