Does the Windows 10 Mobile 10166 have wifi calling?

Windows 10 Mobile 10166 Wifi Calling

Does it have wifi calling? Where do I turn wifi calling on? I have a lumia 640 on tmobile and had wifi calling prior to installing the tech preview last night. I might have to roll back because I don't get service at my house. bummer! Sorry if this is a duplicate post I could find the answer anywhere. Thanks guys!!

You must have uninstalled it before upgrading to 10166. Go to Store and download the App again.

I don't have it either after going to 10166 on my T-Mo 640.

I checked Settings -> Network and Wireless -> Cellular & SIM -> SIM Properties (you have to select the SIM, and then properties will show up) and noticed my IMS connection is now unregistered.
