Downgrading from W10TP to W8.1DP, why do I get the update error 80072f8f on my Lumia1020?

Downgrading fom W10TP to W8.1DP update error 80072f8f in Lumia1020

Hi everyone. Got a Lumia 1020, upgraded to W10 Technical Preview, decided to go back to WP8.1 Developers Preview, everything ok, then installed only 3 updates from Phone Updates in Developers Preview mode and everytime i tried to check for updates the error 80072f8f appears. Searched solutions on the web for this problem and I tried to change manually the clock, time, zone, language, region, etcs, still the same. Please help!

I actually had the same exact scenario happen to my on my Lumia 1020 , researched for hours tried many clock things, finally backed up all my apps and settings and did a hard reset, when it came back up I had clock on automatic and then I set my own apn instead of the tmobile apn(Same exact apn, I just put it in manually)After I uninstalled pfd then reinstalled it ,and boom it worked like a charm, not sure which part actually helped fix it but one of those steps solved my issue.
