Download Google Play Movies/Purchased YouTube movies

Hey everyone,

I will be getting a Surface 3 soon as my main tablet, and I am wondering if there is a YouTube client that will let me download my purchased movies, aka my Google Play Movies. Additionally, I already purchased Tubecast Pro assuming it had this feature, but cannot find the option. If anyone knows a way to find my purchases within Tubecast Pro, that would be extra helpful.

You won't find one that does that but you can stream them using the browser.
