If you want to download the torrents directly from the smartphone you have to install the mediaget app from the Microsoft store, no?

I checked the store, nothing comes up for Media Get.

Thanks, but I tried their website. As I posted earlier, for some reason nothing happens when I go to download the file. It takes me to a blank page and that's it. I tried using Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, other websites to download it from and I get the same results.

That's strange indeed. Can you please send me them an email? they are normally very helpful...
