DTW not working in L950

I am also using Lumia 950 Dual SIM, RM-1118_15358 , 000-88, I had updated my 950 via WDRT and is currently running latest firmware 01078.00053.16236.35005. I have got options for enabling DTW and have enabled it. But still DTW is not functioning. Have anyone got it right in your 950(RM-1118_15358) and does anyone have OTA update. pls help

Mine works. Only difference is 000-IN and fw ends with.35007.
