dual sim calls

Anyone know how dual-sim calls work on Windows Phone?

Description states : "When one SIM card is being used for a phone call, the other will not be active until you hang up. "
I'm not sure I understand correctly. If I have an active call on simcard-1 and someone is calling me on simcard-2, does it go straight to voicemail or do I see the incoming call on from simcard-2 and can accept it?

The first option.

Maybe with VoLTE you might be able to bypass this limitation, but don't count on it.
