OS : windows 10,directX 12
Problem : I can't install PES 17 on my laptop.some files are missing (steam api,dxdll3,...)
Step : many posts in Google said that this problem are coming from directX and asked to update directX manually but directX 12 only can be update by waiting for Windows update. Any solution to solve this problem?
