Ear speaker to low

Hello all I am new to WP and Nokia Lumia.

I am used to use a strom2 9550.

My complain is that you can hardly hear through the earspeaker.

It is adjusted at level 10.

Is there a WAY to change setting as other phones can ?

If this cant be adjusted I am out of Nokia Phones.

No such problem here, have you taken it back to the shop to see if it's normal or not? Yours could be faulty.

I recommend that, too. My Lumia 710 has a great ear speaker.

The only time I've noticed it being low is using Skype, and this issue is widespread according to a few forums I've read. For everything else though, it's plenty loud.
