I upgraded my Surface Book to FCU. After that, I did a clean install.
Now, in Edge, when I try to download an .exe binary I don't get the "Run" option anymore. Strangely, on my Desktop Computer it's still there. Both run the same version of Windows and Edge. Also, the settings in Edge are the same.

Edge version: 41.16299.15.0
