Error 80188309 Developer Preview Configuration Update
I was originally using a Blu Win HD (Not LTE) and successfully used the preview for developer app. However, switched over to the BLU Win HD LTE, unlocked the phone, and now (after installing the Preview for Developers app) I go to download the Developer Preview Configuration Update and, when it tries to install, it gets up to 96% and stops and says "The update was downloaded, but couldn't be opened. (80188309)."
I have done soft resets and hard resets. Nothing seems to work.
As for available space: my Phone has 2.27 GB free and SD card has 8.92 GB free
Another Note: When I open the "windows insider" app, sign into my account, and click 'get preview builds', I receive an error message that says "Server Error. A connection error prevented us from downloading programs for you. Please check the date/time of your device and its network connection and try again." For the record, my date/time settings are fine.
