Error Message? Please help

I'm trying to delete a video from my Dash and everytime I attempt to do so, it gives me the following error message:

"Cannot delete 'Video': There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use."

I've tried a couple different things, but I cannot get it to come off. Any suggestions would be great!

Make sure whatever player you're using is not in use, then you should be able to delete it.

the messages i send or get gets ol mixed up wd ada messages in the phone.

i understand it shud be some date issues, iv chnged tht as well...

i want my latest messages to b thr 1st, nt gt mixed about n then i have to go about looking for it ol over d phone wenever i gt them..pls help
