Eternal reboots after a while using 10149

It came from nowhere when my phone started to boot continuously and just showed the nokia logo one and once again and couldn't even use my phone, did a hard reset and then showed me the ;( face and had to roll back to 8.1 , anyone with this problem?

The same thing happened to me. You'll have to reflash it.
