Factory reset my Windows 10 would reach Windows 8.1 or it will stay as it is

Am a Lumia 730 user newly updated to windows 10 a couple of days ago, had received a new update ...but i want to reset my phone ,if i reset will i reach windows 8.1 or it will stay in windows 10 itself ?

If you use WDRT, WP8.1 will be installed and you must download wp 10 and if you Hard Reset via settings app, you'll stay on current updated version with all apps reset to defaults.
