Favorite photo app/program on Surface Pro 3

What is your favorite photo editing app or program for Surface Pro 3? My edits are usually basic and I like Windows Photo Gallery. This program is not available for Windows RT and I really like it because it has facial recognition and allows me to easily tag all my photos. I could never find an app for Surface 2 that incorporated tagging.

I find the built in photos app editing is sufficient for majority of my purposes.
