Few questions about windows 10 mobile

1. Back button won't close apps?
2. Skype app has a button to male ot default app for skype messages and calls, how do I make the messaging app again the default app?
3. Can a developer answer me this, on wp8.1 didn't exist sip phone apps because of a limitation that prevented an app to ring if it was closed, only the big players could bypass this, like whatsapp or Viber. Does this limitation still exists on w10?
4. When I search in Cortana the resulta are from Bing webpage not like in wp8.1 is this normal?

Back button will close apps that are not core apps. For example whatsapp or here maps will close using back button but not messagin or calls

Sorry, but that's incorrect.

Apps that close with the back button simply don't use the newest API.

Closing apps is a resource waste since restarting them will use cpu cycles. Memory occupation don't consume resources though, if memory is needed the os tombstones suspended apps to free it
