Heads up for those that ordered a RM-938 from Negri Electronics -- They require what's known as a direct signature, which means that the person whose name is on the package needs to sign for it.

Even when I spoke to a FedEx customer service rep and requested that the package be dropped off at my community's front office, they could not honor that request.

I went ahead and picked up package at the FedEx store last night though.

I have the 1520 RM 937 and im using it on T-Mobile. Im getting 2G & 3G fine but no HSPA+. I thought I could live without LTE but now i'm having second thoughts. The 1520.3 RM 938 from Negri is backordered. I had planned to return this phone or sell it on ebay and buy from Negri.

What do I do?

I'd hang on to the 937 you're currently using, order a 938 from Negri and wait for the backorders for fill in. If Negri is like most other online retailers, they won't charge your credit/debit card until they actually ship the backordered unit to you.

Once you get your RM-938 in-hand, setup on T-Mobile and you're happy, then sell your RM-937.

Alternatively you could:

- Keep the RM-937 as a backup device, just in case anything unforeseen happens to 938, you'll have a backup device while your 938 is undergoing warranty service if needed

- Use the RM-937 as a WiFi only device...leave it in the bathroom and use it as a surfin' device while you taking care of biological functions

- Loan the RM-937 to someone who's considering embarking upon a glorious Windows Phone adventure, especially if they're an AT&T user so they can experience LTE and a huge screen (that's what I did with my original NL900 - I gave it to one of my work-mates who totally digs WP now and has requested that, when he's eligible for a new phone, our company issue him a NL920)

Yeah, I guess it depends on the company who sold you the device as to whether or not they require the shipper to get a signature/original signature.

Unfortunately Negri Electronics just discontinued it... I have ordered mine last week, but I was too late... it went into back order and now seems that they will not carry it anymore... any other place from where could be possible to get it???

It is incredible how difficult has been to find it.... very disappointing...

Here's what I got the other day from Newegg. Works fine on T-Mobile. I get LTE, H, H+. I'm not sure why it is H and H+ instead of 2G/3G/4G. The box does not list 2100 LTE - I don't know if it matters and I don't know if I'm in a refarmed 1900mhz area.

Also, the phone has 32GB.

Ordered mine from Omega Cell (since I'm in Canada) and should receive it tomorrow. I got my FedEx tracking number within 20 minutes of my order so here's hoping I get it tomorrow so I can play with it this weekend!

Soon as I receive it, then I will go to Wind to buy Nano SIM and (or cut existing SIM) and start using this awesome phone !

I just cut my sim with a scissors and then used one of my wife's nail file things and it worked fine until I got my replacement sim from operator. Just be careful not to cut too much off, that's why I used the file. You can take more off it but you can't put some on to it, as my father used to say, "measure twice and cut once"
