Fix the GIFs already

For the love of God, fix the GIF issue already. You can't save them a quarter of the time, and when you do get them to save, you can't share them over half the time because they fail to attach to an mms or email. This isn't 1982 anymore. FIX THIS ALREADY.

They also stutter when they play, even on my 1520.
