Flash broken!

It seems that my LED flash is completely broken. It wont work for pictures or flashlight at all, ive done a soft reset with no change as well. The issue i have is that i got it used on ebay(at the time it was the only way to get yellow) so i have no warranty other than thru nokia. From what ive heard, Nokia doesnt have any yellow 920s to send back.

What are my options?

Have you tried a flashlight app to see if it comes on? It might be camera software. If still nothing, try a hard reset. Still nothing I would say its Nokia bound.

Your device is broken. Use some flashlight app and while it's on try to put some pressure next to the LED, I bet it does work while pressed.

nope, doesnt work while pressed either.

Guess ill be calling nokia later today and see if they can do anything for me.

You have to send it in to nokia to get it fixed. Mine did the same thing and I just put it in the mail yesterday.

That didn't fix the flash of my previous Lumia 920, but almost bricked it.

Thank you very much. I pressed hard and the back plate snapped back in and my led works again.
