Found out how to install glance, can anyone test it?

Hey all,

I have just found out how to get glance running on the Lumia icon. I haven't got an Icon device myself, so I need someone to test. Please report if it is working or not.

Here are the steps:
1) Download SysApp Pusher from the store
2) go to "Nokia", then to "tools" and tap on "glance"
3) tap "install"

Glance screen should now appear in settings.

WPcentral already wrote an article on Icons incapability to support glance...something with less display memory I guess.... I think that even if u are able to install,it wont be of any use as the hardware itself doesn't support glance

Thanks for testing! Can you test it with Fiddler? Fiddler is working fine on 8.1 with https decryption on. Can you try to install glance when connected to proxy?

installed the app, then installed glance.


Gonna play with it for a day...

new to windows mobile (just got it for the camera) and turned out I actually dig it.


Edit: Won't open, however it does install.
