from android to wp

Hi guys. I've been using android phones for years and decided to switch to wp through mobile plan last may. Lumia 1320 really amazed me. But after 3 months, problems occured. Screen just doubled its size after tapping using 2 fingrs. Tried to update to 8.1 but failed to finish, after 2 days screen suddenly blurred and looke like a large horizontal bar code. Badly in need of advice.. Thank you

Well the two finger tapping on the screen enables magnifier. You can disable that in the Ease Of Access settings. Restarting the phone does not fix the screen issue? Could you possibly post a picture of what it looks like?

Alright, soft reset then hard reset then flash firmware.

But, before you do that, make sure you contact support, hmm?
