GDR3 10521 Update on Lumia 1520 Improves Performance

Huh. That is truly bizarre. 10517.150 is what is supposed to be on locked devices. 10521.155 should only be on devices owned by users that have dev unlocked the device via the dev.windowsphone.com site. At least for the AT&T version.

Do you mean regular users or ones with the developer preview installed? I have a RM-937 with the developer preview and I have this update installed.
