Can we focus on my problem now, please!

I was...as I asked about a hard reset, but with the seeming hostility from Samsung users I'll just make sure I'm more careful where I post when I'm on the phone and stick to the friendlier Nokia area.

Yes after this it resets itself "Just type ##634# on the dialer, then enter *#321647335 on the diagnostics app to open the CSC selection menu, change it to ATO and your phone will factory reset with the new CSC". As i said i cant get into the menu after welcome screen the blue one if i pulled it up its black under there no menu just pitch black?

I had to send mine in to a service centre to be reflashed, it took about 7-10 days and was done under warranty. It might be best to do that if you can, there are ways to reflash it yourself but as I haven't done it myself it would make it difficult to help you but XDA Developers is a very good resource. Hey guys. I have a problem with Skype. You may know they`re removed login with Skype in the latest update and I didn`t know that before update was installed on my phone. The only way to use Skype for me is sideloading an older version. I`m asking you because you can make unlocked xap with your interop unlocked phone. It must be version 2.15.0.154 or any older one that can work with GDR3.

P.S. My phone is Lumia 620 and it has 2 apps unlock. DO NOT ask me to use Microsoft Account, I have different Skype accounts for different people. I`m not ready to merge them now.

I Find how to fix this issue:

Turn off the phone, Once the phone is off, Hold the Volume down key then
plug the charger (charger should be connected to the power source ",)
Once you see the exclamation ( ! ), remove your finger from the button.

Then press the following keys in, Volume Up, Volume Down, Power Key and
Volume down. The phone will turn on automatically, this may take
several minutes and it will show two gears that are spinning just wait
for it to finish.

Microsoft Update 8.0.10517.150 and Microsoft Update 8.0.10521.155.
These are updates from Microsoft for the Windows Phone operating system and are not firmware updates from Nokia.

I know that it`s Samsung section. Only Samsung or HTC phone users with interop unlock can help me. I don`t think they`re reading Lumia 620 section.

Oki i manage to fix everything, i downloaded latest OS ver and now i have the latest version 8.0.10517.150 on my phone

It updates the phone and radio versions to 2424.13.10.1 and 2424.13.9.1 respectively

That's the final GDR3 update for the ATIV S, the Samsung update adds the firmware that the developer preview doesn't have.

They are the same ones that you have listed in your post, as for the extra update I'm not sure but I assume it's just bug fixes for the 10517.150 update.

That's the cellular radio for communicating with the mobile network not FM Radio.

Is ther any flash program for this samsung ativ s, you can get the win os from MS if you mail them.

There is only the developer preview program and for that you need either a developer account which costs $19 or an App Studio account. That will get you access to new versions such as WP 8.1 when there is a preview for it.
