Getting a new WP

So my contract is up on the 10th of this month . Wondering if I should stay with ATT or move to Verizon for the Icon or Ativ SE. Still on the 900
Is ATT coming out with any new phones soon. Don't really want to jump ship, but I need a new phone

Stay with AT&T and either get the 1520 or wait to see what phones come out in the next few months with 8.1.

The 1520 is way to big for me. I'm trying to wait and see what ATT is going to offer but the temptation to switch carriers is strong.

I'm on Verizon and the reason for that is the coverage. Its more pricey but I've never had an issue with connectivity. I've got the icon
