Glance and Hey Cortana missing on 1520.3 with 10586.11

So, on my 1520.3, I was running 10581 and everything was running great except for the Hey Cortana training issue (phone unable to hear me say 'Hey Cortana'). When 10586 was released I upgraded, followed by a hard reset. After the update everything works great...except now Glance is not working, and Hey Cortana is not available for my phone.

All the settings and Nokia apps that showed errors after upgrading have resolved themselves and updated, however, none of these updates changed my issues either way.

Any ideas? Anyone else have these issues?

Same here 1520 no glance and no hey Cortana, don't really want to hard reset again, seems like either you have this issue or you don't, I haven't seem anyone who has resolved this after noticing it. Maybe one more hard reset, install all core apps to phone memory and no restore....

Yeah, I haven't seen a fix yet either. I got my hopes up from today's article about an update to Hey Cortana for the 1520, but I haven't seen this update come down yet. I wonder if it's a 1520.3 thing?

Guess I'll hard reset again this weekend and hope it works.

Works well for me, both Glance and Hey Cortana. Try uninstalling them from Settings -> Device -> Storage -> Phone -> Apps
Then reinstall from the store.
