Glance Screen Disappears

I turn the glance screen on many times, but I'll see that it will not be activated as I go back in Settings menu.

The note able thing is that it works when I connect the device to its charger.

But it doesn't work when it's not being charged.


I've tried these ways:

Turning off and on the device.

Restarting device with holding Power button.


It's about one month that I've been faced with this problem.

Are you using the Glance settings under Extras or Personalization in Settings?
