groove misic force me to download via WIFI

hi have a bug on my lumia 950 XL

I use Groove Music, the firs time I use my phone, I add no probleme but since my last hard reset... groove Music force me to download my song via WIFI, the store can download and update aplication via cell, why groove force me to download via WIFI? can't find option to change it. all my phone and application are up to date...
