Groove Music Pass purchases no longer syncing

Hi. Have Pro 4, 950XL and use Groove web player too. Previously if I downloaded an album with Grove Music Pass it would appear across all devices and since Anniversary Update, nothing syncs at all. Any others have same problem or solutions? Thanks

another forum member reported that the basic functioning of this changed with the latest update such that music bought on that particular device will be visible, not those bought on other devices but using the same account -don't know if this a glitch or reverse of strategy
