Has anybody else hand the Lumia 640 lock up?

has anybody else hand the lumina 640 lock up

I started a update in the fast track insiders program and now it is stuck in pending mode cant open any app bit google
should I reset to factory setting and if yes do I leave in the sim card and sd memory card
I currently don't have cell service need to pay bill is that the problem
needing help in MKE

Did you do the update over wifi? I have the 640 and I did the fast insiders update. Mine took a long time to finish getting setup. But it finally came on and I've been using it fine ever since.
