Has anyone seen this before?

I hard reset my lumia 950 after it became cripplingly slow. It seemed to fix the sluggishness of the os. The rebirth of my phone's functionality, however, brought other issues. When I looked at the devices on my onedrive account, it claimed that my phone was never updated. Strange, I thought, as I was a Microsoft Insider for the duration that I've had the phone. So I decided to check the phone itself. I was met with strange lettering on the "System Update" menu. I had never seen something like this before in all the time I've had the phone. I tried to update the device, but there were no new updates (no surprise there). My question is, has anyone else seen something like this before? I'm really kinda freaked out about it, so I'd appreciate reassuring responses.

My L950 was acting up, but not like that. With mine it would shut off randomly, and when i placed it on my qi charger it would reset, then i tried charging it with a USB and it was doing the same thing. I took out the battery after that and that seemed to fix the problem. I checked if there were any OS updates and one popped up for feature 2 update and my phone is working fine now.
