Help, Adding and editing things in Zune

Hello all. So I recently downloaded my whole google music library and put it all in the music folder on my Win 7 machine. So now I want to add music, but the things i want to add have no artist or album title. How can I edit the tag on the files? Also, I can drag and drop a folder with album art and music files directly to the library. I figured if I drag ad drop the folder into my music folder then it would sync to the library. Not so. I'm beginning to think that this Zune thing sucks, because i never had this issue with itunes.
