Help, can't uninstall APP. (Downloaded but does not show in installed apps)

I downloaded GunHouse since it was free.
The app got stuck on "Installing" and for a couple of hours the situation didn't change.
I decided to soft reset the phone, after that, the APP installed... and did not.

You see: if I go to the APP in the store, it says "Installed".
If I tap the app in the store, it doesn't say "Install"; it says View
When I tap the view button, the phone crashes to the home screen.
When I search for it in my apps (Home -> Swipe left), it's nowhere to be found
When I go to Storage sense -> Phone -> Apps + Games: It's nowhere to be found
When I go to Store -> Downloads: It says is installed

I am at loss here. The app is and is not installed and I don't know how to remove it to redownload... or to make it work :/

Why did you soft reset, you could just long tap on installing app (in store) and simply Cancel it.

Go to Settings /Storage check - Details - and clean Temporary files.
This MIGHT help but dont count on it

Noup, the option wasn't available when I long taped the app

Is it at the top of your app list beginning with "@"? Happened to me once, and I found the app there instead of under its name.

This will not help, so sorry, but Asphalt 8: Airborne was the same way for me on my phone. Store showed in installed, updates installed as they came out, I had no way to launch it as it wasn't in my App list...it was a 'ghost' app for lack of a better description.

Ultimately, I did a full backup and then a hard reset, wiping the SD card in the process and starting anew with fresh installs. All is right, for now.

And yes Dorelse, I suspect a hard reset is needed. but I won't do that
