Help! I can't use my wi-fi sharing!

Can anyone help me how can I use or make work my wi-fi sharing ? I'm using lumia 822 from the day i used my lumia 822 wi-fi sharing is no working..... it has carrier verizon..... I'm located at philippines someone help me thanks...... by the way my provider here in philippines is Globe telecom and I can't use LTE even their is LTE in my place.....

Is the phone unlocked?

Can you receive SMS and calls?

Do you have signals from Globe Telecom?

yes my phone is already unlocked and I'm using the call n text features i can use the phone smoothly the only problem is I can't use wi-fi sharing can anyone help me thanks
